SNIPP

(Spay/Neuter Innocent Pets Partnership)

SNIPP is a low-cost spay/neuter program created to promote spay and neutering as a means to decrease the pet-overpopulation in the St. Joseph area and to promote better health and well-being for pets.

We partner with All Creatures Animal Hospital, Countryside Veterinary Clinic, East Hills Animal Clinic, Green Hills Animal Hospital and Twin Pines Veterinary Clinic to provide low-cost fees to low-income pet guardians.

All sterilization surgeries are performed during March, June, September and December.  To be considered for the program we must receive applications by the following dates:
*For March we must receive the application between January 1 & February14.
*For June we must receive the application between April 1 & May 15.
*For September we must receive the application between July 1 & August 15.
*For December we must receive the application between October 1 & November 15.

If pet guardians are financially able to afford the full cost for surgery, we urge them to please contact one of our local veterinarians to make an appointment so that those who are truly in need may benefit from our program.

After we receive your application, you will be notified by mail with further information and instructions.  Assistance is based on the applicant’s income and other factors.
